You can make a reservation in two ways:

Via the Pricing Page

• View our standard rates for 1, 2, or 3 games.
• Select the number of games you would like to play and click BOOK NOW.
• You will automatically be redirected to our online booking system.

Via the Packages Page

• Choose one of our birthday, student, team-building, bachelor/bachelorette, or other special packages.
• Check what is included in the package.
• Optionally add a combination with the VR simulators of VIRTUA3000 (available in Leuven only).

Click BOOK NOW to proceed to the online booking system.

We recommend making your reservation at least a few days in advance, especially during weekends and school holidays. Last-minute bookings are possible, subject to availability.

First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact us by email or phone and we will be happy to assist you.

Both options are possible: you can pay online during the reservation process or pay on-site at the reception desk upon arrival.

In most cases, no deposit is required. However, for large group bookings arranged via email, a deposit may be requested.

Yes, you can, as long as the maximum capacity of the venue is not exceeded:

• Leuven: maximum 18 players
• Hasselt: maximum 22 players
• Kortrijk: maximum 17 players

Is your group larger than the maximum capacity of a single game?

If so, please contact us in advance by phone or through our contact form. We will gladly explore the available options, such as providing additional time slots or splitting the group into multiple teams, so everyone can participate.

Yes, absolutely! Through the Gift Cards page on our website, you can easily purchase a gift voucher online. After completing your purchase, you will receive the gift voucher instantly in digital format, making it ready to use or give as a gift right away.

Our gift vouchers are valid for:

• LASER3000 Leuven
• LASER3000 Hasselt
• LASER3000 Kortrijk
• VIRTUA3000 Leuven

When purchasing a gift voucher, you will be asked to select a location (Leuven, Hasselt, or Kortrijk). This selection does not affect the validity of the voucher.

Regardless of the location chosen during purchase, the gift voucher can be redeemed at all LASER3000 locations and at VIRTUA3000 Leuven.

Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled activity.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to the correct venue:

• Leuven: [email protected]

• Hasselt: [email protected]

• Kortrijk: [email protected]

For cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity, the full amount will be charged.

The full amount will also be charged in case of a no-show (not attending without prior notice).

If you need to cancel within 72 hours, you may request a voucher equal to the amount due. This voucher can be used later for a new reservation.

Changes

The number of players in an existing reservation can be adjusted up to 24 hours before the activity, subject to availability and capacity.

To make changes, please contact the venue where you made your reservation by email or phone.

Laser tag is suitable for children from 6 years of age.

For players up to and including the age of 16, we strongly recommend that at least one adult joins the game. This is not mandatory, however. Adults are also welcome to wait in the reception area while the children play.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your activity. This gives us enough time for the briefing, equipment distribution, and preparation before the game begins.

Please call us as soon as possible at +32 16 43 84 17. We will check together whether your booking can still go ahead or if adjustments can be made. This depends on the schedule and the time available.

The number of players per game depends on the venue:

• Leuven: 4–18 players
• Hasselt: 4–22 players
• Kortrijk: 4–16 players

For larger groups, we can create a customized schedule, for example by dividing the group into multiple rounds so everyone can participate.

The size of our arenas varies by location:

• Leuven: 400 m²

• Kortrijk: 400 m²

• Hasselt: 600 m²

Each arena is specially designed to provide an exciting laser tag experience, featuring obstacles, hiding spots, special effects, and multiple tactical routes.

One game lasts approximately 15 minutes, including the briefing and preparation before the game starts.

We offer several game modes, including:

• Free for All – every player competes against every other player.

• Team Battle – two or more teams compete against each other.

• Special Missions – tailored to your group, such as protecting a VIP, capturing a base, or other mission-based objectives.

Feel free to ask our staff about the available game modes when you arrive.

Yes, we offer special packages for team-building events.

Our recommended package: Tactical Team Mode

This package focuses on teamwork, strategy, and action, making it ideal for companies, organizations, and groups looking for a unique team-building experience.

You can choose from:

• 2 laser games – €27 per person

• 3 laser games – €35 per person

Exclusive in Leuven: Combine with VIRTUA3000

For an even more complete experience, you can combine Tactical Team Mode with our VR simulators:

Yes, you can celebrate a birthday at LASER3000 with one of our special birthday packages.

Choose from:

• Laser Rookie Pack
• Laser Junior Strike
• Laser Night Ops (+18)

The Junior Strike and Night Ops (+18) packages also include drinks.

Our birthday packages are valid for groups of 10 or more people.

If your group consists of fewer than 10 participants, we recommend making a regular reservation, as the additional benefits of the birthday packages do not apply.

No. For everyone's safety, running is not allowed in the arena. Walking quickly is permitted and often the best strategy during the game.

Yes. Laser tag is generally considered safe during pregnancy. However, we recommend taking extra care when using stairs and avoiding sudden or rapid movements.

If you have any concerns or specific medical questions, we advise consulting your doctor beforehand.

Participation is always at your own risk. LASER3000 cannot be held liable for personal accidents or injuries that may occur during your visit. In such cases, you may be covered by your personal or family liability insurance, depending on your policy.

No, laser tag does not hurt at all. When you get hit, you will not receive any shock or physical impact.
