Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions consist of three parts:

  • Terms and Conditions for Sales and Reservations
  • House Rules for Participants
  • Other Provisions

They apply to every participant who makes a reservation or participates in activities at LASER3000. The most current version can always be found at www.laser3000.be.

2. Definitions

Participant: any person who participates in an activity at LASER3000.

Reservation: the agreement between the participant and LASER3000 for participation in an activity.

Activities: all gaming and experience activities organized by LASER3000 (including laser tag).

Group booking: a reservation for 10 or more participants.

No-show: failing to appear for the booked activity without prior cancellation.

3. Booking Terms and Conditions

3.1 Booking

Bookings are made through our online system and are only final after the participant has received a confirmation email.

3.2 Cancellation or Changes

  • A reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled activity.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the activity or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via the correct email address of the establishment.

3.3 Group Bookings

Specific agreements may apply to group bookings. LASER3000 reserves the right to request a deposit, in consultation with the participant.

3.4 Payment

Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise stated. In the event of non-payment, the participant will first receive a free reminder. In the event of further non-payment, an administration fee of 10% (minimum €25) and statutory default interest will be charged, in accordance with the Act on Combating Late Payments in Commercial Transactions (currently 10.5% for the second half of 2025 – FPS Finance).

3.5 No Right of Withdrawal

Reservations fall under the exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Article VI.53, 12° of the CISG). This means that a confirmed reservation cannot be canceled without obligation.

3.6 Changes by LASER3000

LASER3000 reserves the right to change or modify opening hours, programs, and activities without giving rise to a refund.

4. House Rules for Participants

4.1 Admission and Ages

The minimum age for participation in laser tag is 6 years. Participants aged 16 and under must be supervised by an adult during their visit. This adult does not need to participate in the game. A reservation is only valid for the booked date and time. Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time.

4.2 Health and Safety Restrictions

Participants must assess their own suitability for participation, taking their health into account.

Caution is advised for:

  • People with epilepsy, serious heart problems, or other medical conditions where physical exertion poses a risk.
  • Pregnant individuals (consult your doctor beforehand).

4.3 Behavior

To ensure safety and enjoyment of the game:

  • Running, pushing, and physical contact are prohibited.
  • Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.
  • Always follow the instructions of the staff.

LASER3000 reserves the right to deny entry to participants who violate these rules without refund.

4.4 Liability

Participation in activities at LASER3000 is entirely at your own risk. LASER3000 is not liable for any accidents or injuries, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Participants should be aware of the game and their own physical limitations. Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings.

4.5 Damage to Equipment

In the event of damage due to negligent or intentional behavior, LASER3000 will recover the repair or replacement costs from the responsible participant or group. Estimated costs:

  • Laser damage: €2,500
  • Laser gun: €1,000
  • Other damage: repair costs according to invoice

5. Photos, camera footage, and privacy

5.1 Camera use

For security reasons, camera footage is recorded at our locations. This footage is retained for a maximum of 3 months, unless it is required for an investigation into an incident or crime.

5.2 Imagery

Photos or videos may be taken during activities (for example, for atmospheric impressions or promotional purposes). By participating in activities, the participant consents to the recording and use of this footage by LASER3000, unless a written objection is submitted prior to the visit.

5.3 Privacy Policy

LASER3000 processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. The full privacy policy is available at www.laser3000.be/privacy.

6. Force Majeure

In situations beyond LASER3000's control (such as pandemics, power outages, strikes, fire, government measures, or other exceptional circumstances), LASER3000 may cancel or reschedule an activity. If an activity is interrupted due to force majeure after it has begun, no (full) refund will be provided.

7. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to the establishment's email address within 5 days of the activity. Claims for damages must be reported within 10 days of the incident. LASER3000 undertakes to respond to complaints within 10 business days. Legal actions are forfeited if not initiated within 1 year.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, LASER3000's liability is limited to the amount of the reservation.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Leuven.
